Born and raised in Lake Tahoe, Annie has always been shaped by a love of mountains, movement, and meaningful stories. A lifelong reader and adventurer, she finds inspiration in trail runs, surf trips, ski tracks, and the books that tie places and people together.
Annie began her career as a high school English teacher, later earning a Master’s in Library and Information Science to become a school librarian. Over time, her work evolved into something more expansive: helping individuals, families, and organizations build intentional, enduring collections that reflect who they are and what they value.
As the founder of Wildwood Books & Library Services, Annie brings together her background in literature and information science with a passion for interior design. Her work celebrates the idea that book collections—like homes—can be both beautiful and deeply personal. She specializes in curating and styling bookshelves that are not only functional, but also artful expressions of her clients’ identities, interests, and stories.
